Shipment processing time: Processing time for all orders is 5-7 business days. On weekends and holidays, orders are not sent or delivered.
Shipments can be a few days behind schedule if we are dealing with a large volume of orders. Please give the delivery a few extra days for transportation. Should there be a noteworthy postponement in the shipment of your order, we will get in touch with you through phone or email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: We ship to addresses nationwide.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: Once your order has arrived, you will receive an email with a shipment confirmation and your tracking number (s). Within a day, the tracking number will be operational.
Damages: Items lost or damaged in transit are not our responsibility. To register a claim if your order arrived damaged, please get in touch with the shipping company.
To protect our interests and yours, please record a video while unboxing and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
